We have a small utility room partitioned off from the garage which has developed severe black mould from the heat caused by a previous vented tumble dryer.
Matt did an initial visit to assess and explained everything about the root cause and how it could be resolved. He also set out expectations on his it would all look after, that the mould had burned onto the surfaces and would need a few coats of pain after.
On the day Matt did a great job, really thoroughly treating all the areas, also giving guidance on how to improve the air flow to stop the mould returning and advice on maintaining it.

Justina quickly provided a quote (competitively priced) and we decided to go with them based on the fact they had been recommended. Their communication and expectation management was excellent.
On the agreed date Greg & Eidil turned up to undertake the insulation removal, I really can’t put into words how professional & respectful they were. Genuinely lovely chaps who would phone with an ETA before they arrived. They had all the required equipment in line with Health and Safety (full respiratory equipment, extractor fans etc), you would barely know they were there and cleaned up fully at the end of each day.
I honestly can say that White Knight have been one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. From start to finish they were exceptional. If you are looking for loft insulation removal (or anything else within their capabilities) please look no further.
