We perform cleaning and analysis to IESO / RIA Standard 6001 using the Elcometer 135C Bresle Test Patch method todetermine the concentration of soluble chloride salts on uncoated surfaces in accordance with the ISO 8502-6 test method.
A positive result >70 µg/cm² is an indicator of chloride salts or sodium chloride contamination, that is often produced as a by-product during a structural fire and achieving below this level ensures that the electronic item will function correctly after cleaning.
