How we categorise your contents
Firstly every item is photographed and added to an electronic inventory that you can access via the cloud and is given a disposition of RESTORE, BER RETURN or BER.
- The validation process determines if the item can be RESTORED to its pre-loss condition (NOT TO LIKE NEW)
- Our dedicated team will identify sentimental items that cannot be restored and they will be called BER RETURN and will be returned back to you cleaned but not restored.
- Items that are not likely to be of any sentimental value that cannot be restored are called BER (Beyond Economic Repair) and are disposed
