In addition to structural decontamination services, we also offer a unique, eco-friendly contents restoration service. Our ethos of ‘RESTORE vs REPLACE’ is a critical part of our sustainability and environmental goals, in reducing landfill waste and providing cost savings.
Our highly experienced team treat personal contents as if they were their own and we all take immense satisfaction in re-uniting our clients with their valuable and/or sentimental possessions. Knowing how important personal effects are to our clients, we do all we can to safely restore them, without the use of harsh chemicals, containing bleach or ammonia.
Items affected by mould, fire, water and even asbestos may be fully restorable, from furniture, leather, electronics, photos and jewellery to crystal chandeliers…

Our Process
- Our clients’ contents are carefully handled and packed-out on-site
before being safely delivered to one of our bespoke 6000 sqft decontamination facilities - We validate every item and create an electronic inventory, which is shared with our client
- Each item is categorised as restorable or
non-restorable and is allocated to a
specific process, either:
• Decontamination
• Ultrasonic Cleaning or
• Specialist Cleaning - Once processed, contents are repacked with sustainable materials and stored in our environmentally controlled facility until our client is ready to receive them back… It’s that simple !
