Stage 1 - Initial Assessment

Stage 2 - Cleanup & Drying

Once a drying regime has been planned, another visit will be required to install the drying equipment. At this point, a recommended timeframe will be given and subsequent monitoring visits will be arranged to ensure the moisture is removed according to plan.

Stage 3 - Mould Remediation

In the event that mould is present, we will carry out all remediation works after the property has been dried. All remediation works are carried out in line with our strict protocol.

Stage 4 - Contents Restoration

Your contents affected by mould or water damage will be thoroughly restored. We handle anything from large furniture to small items. A photo inventory will be produced so you can keep track of your contents.

Stage 5 - Final Visit & Off-hire

After completing the our works, we conduct a final inspection to verify that all damage has been properly addressed. This final check ensures the property is safe, clean, and ready for any necessary repairs. Any drying equipment will be off-hired at this point as well. A drying and decontamination certificate will be issued to confirm the works are complete.
